The center channel speaker is also known as the dialogue speaker and is designed to make a movie's dialogue correspond with the TV. It also allows proper imaging for viewers who are seated off center. It works great and is key to proper 5. 1 channel home theater performance, but it must be located over or under the TV screen. Unfortunately, the top of most televisions is too narrow to support a speaker. The TVS is the center channel solution. The TVS is also a great solution for game boxes, DVD players, VCRs, and HDTV/Sat tuners. The black TVS features a unique mounting system that securely mounts the shelf to the top of most TVs.
