Thorlo Light Hiker Coolmax Crew is patented and engineered for warm weather hikes wearing lightweight hiking boots. The ball and heel feature medium-density padding to provide extra cushioning and protection from painful blisters. The shin and instep have low-density padding along the top of the foot and shin to protect against abrasion caused my lace pressure and boot folds. The arch and instep of this crew sock feature low-density padding with spandex around the arch and instep to prevent bunching, allow boots to snug closer and to support the arch better. This sock has a flat knit ventilation panel with the enhanced wicking action of CoolMax® and FootHealth™ acrylic. This is the ultimate in comfortable crew length hiking socks! Please note the following Thorlo sizing guide: Men's Shoe Size 5. 5-8. 5, Women's Shoe Size 6. 5-10 = Sock Size 11. Men's Shoe Size 9-12. 5, Women's Shoe Size 10. 5-13 = Sock Size 13.
