SHIMRIN Universal Pearls (PC) are base coats that may be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. Due to their unique chemistry make-up, they may be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel. These Pearls are most commonly used over BC-25 (8513ZP 001 QT) Shimrin Black Base or BC-26 (8513ZP 002 QT) Shimrin White Base.
