"Rev"--that's what Pioneer calls their full-throttle TSD Series car speakers. The name reflects their aggressive styling and high performance. The TSD680R two-way speakers are outfitted with premium materials: Aramid fiber, a lightweight but strong material, creates an extremely rigid woofer cone that responds quickly and accurately. These cones are based on Pioneer's PRS Series speakers, and they move big bass with low distortion, even when your system is firing on all cylinders. The tweeter lens sports a molded wave guide that controls the high frequency dispersion pattern for excellent sweet spot imaging. The 1-1/8" laminated polyester fiber soft dome tweeters put out crystalline highs, while a built-in rear damping chamber extends midrange response for further detail. Features include: durable butyl rubber surround; 30-32,000 Hz frequency response; 250 watts peak power; 91dB sensitivity; 1-1/8" dome tweeter design; 4 ohms impedance. Top-mount: 2-7/8"D.
