Performance The PC Card Expansion Pack Plus features a removable, rechargeable 920 milliamp hour (mAh) lithium-ion polymer battery that can operate in one of three modes: Main power source for PC Card when a card is inserted into the Expansion Pack Plus Supplemental power source for iPAQ Pocket PC main battery when no PC card is present in the Expansion Pack Plus Trickle charger for iPAQ Pocket PC main battery regardless of the presence of a PC card in the Expansion Pack Plus An external battery must always be present for the PC Card Expansion Pack Plus to operate properly.
