The blade thickness is 1/8 of an inch, length is 4. 75 inches, and it is made of tempered 420 J2 stainless steel, false-edged. The handle is made of cast metal with an antique finish and full-length tang construction. The base is 3. 75 inches by 3 inches by 2. 5 inches and is made of cold cast porcelain with hand painted finish and brass shield. The overall length of the piece is 7 inches.
