Walt Disney knew the importance of consistency in animation. For this reason, a series of drawings was created for each character that served as guidelines for the animators to maintain the integrity of every scene within a film. The studio printed a very limited supply of these “Model Sheets”, and made them available only to artists working on a particular project.
